Hi, I'm Tiffany, the founder and owner of HACCPDIY.
A little about myself—I owned and operated a meat and poultry establishment from 1999 to 2015. When HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) became mandatory in 2003, I spent thousands just to get my establishment compliant with the new regulations. Realizing that for a small business like mine, continually spending that kind of money wasn't sustainable, I did the only thing I could: I started to learn and do it myself.
This journey led me to create HACCPDIY, an online platform that offers a wide range of services that our clients can access, in non-traditional ways, including downloadable HACCP and Food Safety guides, templates, online certification course and on demand consultation.
